2. make a back up at itunes... but forgot the password...(dont know when i make the backup with password)..

how to remove the password??

1. Are you sure if it's a problem with the phone, and not the network/SIM card?

Yep... I'm sure its phone problem.. Bcoz i allready change the simcard to other sim... Same problem...

Assuming the network coverage is good in your area then yes, it could be the a phone problem. You could get it checked at an AASP or a third party shop if your phone is no longer under warranty.

May i know whether the ios firmware differentiate by country (like Android) ? network setting reset not working for me..i may try reinstall firmware through itunes, but not sure the firmware compatible in Malaysia

No, I think iOS is pretty standard across board, maybe the only difference by region is if there’s some regulation involved or something (like how you can’t mute the camera shutter sounds in Japan).

using iOS 10.3.3 on my iPhone 6 Plus. not going to upgrade the iOS. 😇
