Android is getting better. Over the years I’ve seen a massive improvement in the fluidity and smoothness, and also the battery drain isn’t as bad as before. I’m currently using a Mi A1 to test out stock Android with no manufacturers’ UI overlay and it’s pretty good so far. Ok, maybe it lacks some bells and whistles, but it’s simple and get the job done with less frustrations.

Yea. It's actually good as if there is no competitor to Apple, Apple will just make no progress and keep on standing on the same place without any improvement. Hopefully Apple will come out with surprise this time for next generation of iPhone.

Don't think Apple can surprise me anymore. I'll settle for just lower prices.

If it is working well, why will you jumpship to Apple? Just wondering, myself hate android alot, as it lags for me. I know year by year, its getting better and more features. But iPhone for me is just too smooth.

for me I just don't like its OS, too many things, cool stuffs but those are the "I don't need stuffs". also don't like their keyboard.. that's why went back to ios.... note 5 has no lag at all, works perfectly, note 8 now should be much better now..

Thanks for your thoughts on Note 5. And I like the Note 8 design too. But I don't know why, my heart says iPhone. Then I went for 8 Plus, and no regret at all as of now tongue.gif

Yea. For me, main concern = battery life. Once your phone goes off, any best features couldn't work too smile.gif Hence, iPhone 8 Plus is my choice this time round. My dream phone = Note 8 design with iOS smile.gif

I had the Note 8 for 3 weeks and the battery life is not particularly outstanding and I’m also not a big fan of curved screens but I will admit it’s far nicer to look at compared to the 8 Plus. It’s a pity Pixels aren’t available officially in Malaysia. Would love to try the Pixel 2 XL smile.gif

Maybe I’ll get to try it in Singapore, haha. Oh well, since it will never be official here I guess chances of me buying one is very slim since I’m not into buying AP phones.

Check the level of wear on your battery life with is APP (Battery Life)

The battery wear and new software updates from Apple might be draining or slowing the performance.
