My asus n53sv having problem...the k key I think the mechanism underneath broken d...need a new set...
the m key became sticky..i opened up and realise the rubber seal broken... does broken rubber seal cause it to be sticky...issue is I'm in sandakan..will only go back subang this friday
i find ppl to fix in sabah as it is a short procedure or go back subang...
how much roughly ah...subang any recommended place kah..

cheap keyboard have silicon rubber inside. take from any old keyboard.

Can save but if any plastic part inside key broken, can say bye bye. To re assy notebook keyboard key is pain in the arse. Based from experience working at such factory.

the white thing one of the pin broken... I want to but spare part one white part mechanism and also one rubber seal...rubber seal if got ppl install for me better... Im from USJ..anyone there recomended can fix for me kah....if price reasonable

M key this memang broken..dunno is this causing it to be sticky..
K key the whole mechanism the white square thing on my photo one of the pin broken, need to be changed also...
how much does it cost ah

This is to spring the key back up. Broken pin need to be replaced. Try using pliers and steel pins.

You are going to need to reshape it yourself. use wire cutter and pliers

Not sure,the last time I asked the service center about my loose MacBook keys,they said have to replace the whole keyboard laugh.gif

You are right. I worked as SC before usually whole keyboard needs to replaced. Main reason if fix then later same issue, perangai customer "how many times u want i come here? This is clearly manufacturing defect. I am going to post your service and repair quality to the media and the list goes on.

As for TS, buy new external KB or go SC, confirm OOW bayar plus GST

Temporary solution:
Take out the other keys that rarely used and replace the broken one.
Right ALT key, one of the Function keys, etc.

Got many parts still..as my photos showed..one is close by together almost no gap in between which is the original one...or the other type further apart chiclet type..i dont knwo which type better

You sure or not, usually those brand like asus, dell, lenovo have custom hinges, after 3 years they dont keep spareparts liao.
