I click the edit button, make the changes, and when I submit it this error comes out

mySQL query error: INSERT INTO ibf_posts_history (pid, edit_time, post, ip_address)

mySQL error: Duplicate entry '8891880-1163995686' for key 1
mySQL error code:

EDIT: Nevermind, posted a new post to make things easier

Added an "ignore" to the SQL statement. The error shouldn't appear anymore.
