Yes, stock VID is the vCore that you see when everything is default.
So, in your case 1.056v is indeed your stock VID in which is better than any average chip out there (1.1v+).

Can you suggest a good 360mm AIO? Plan on doing a front push pull setup. Will be doing a 3 hours custom blend test 1344K again tonight and will take a screenshot, with this test my temp is around 60C only though. I am currently using BIOS 1401, I don’t know if it is good enough, waiting for your test result😀👌🏻

I don't know because I delidded my CPU when I first got it . So, based on your calculation, 1.104v should be the realistic stock VID before delid. A lemon as expected lol. Would be nice if you can do a review of 8086K.

hi, wanna ask how about corsair "H100i V2" or "Fractal Design Celsius S24". reviews and comments some say corsair full load works very loud and pump fail very common, fractal very quiet but falls behind corsair in terms of cooling but quality very good.... so confusing.

Z370 Gaming 5 is a mid tier mobo that usually features lower VRM quality:

Upgrading to top tier with higher VRM quality will shave off vCore by about 0.048v, hence lowering your core temps and allowing for higher OC headroom.

Until you find your stable 5.0GHz AVX 0 can't really say.
Average 8700K chip should be able to do 5GHz @ 1.35-1.40v.
More than that (>1.40v), you can consider that's a bad chip.
Decent: 1.30v-1.35v.
Golden: 1.25v-1.30v.
Platinum: <1.25v
