To disable power saving features:

1) In UEFI, disable C1E
2) In Windows, set power management to High Performance.

Then, you will see your CPU speed constantly running at 5.0GHz.

ahh okay... we did came through this last time

if I run with the current settings, does it harm the cpu?

im okay with the low speed n high speed.

(maybe for the stability test I will temporary run as high perf)

AORUS Z370 Gaming 5 (RM891, same tier as ASRock's Fatal1ty Z370 Gaming K6 (RM805) and MSI's Z370 GAMING M5 (RM991).

Z370 Gaming 5 - 8+3 phases, has debug LED, 3x M.2, Wi-Fi
Fatal1ty Z370 Gaming K6 - 6+4 phases, no debug LED, 2x M.2, no Wi-Fi
Z370 Gaming M5 - 8+2 phases, no debug LED, 2x M.2, no Wi-Fi

Gaming 5 is the best value Z370 board with the highest specs among the three.
Also, like other AORUS series it has best RGB illumination among the Z370 boards in the market.

Cons are:
1) Inaccurate voltage reading due to iTE Super I/O chip being used, rather than Nuvoton which is more superior.
2) UEFI BIOS is quite lacking behind other vendors such as ASUS and ASRock.
3) Loadline Calibration (LLC) for vDroop control offered in 3 levels only.

yes i do agree on the cons #1,2,3

For the vcore, i set 1.325, but in HWiNFO showing ~1.41v

In cpuz 1.296.

How to verify this yea owikh?

After few weeks of using 8700k 5GHz on Gaming 3, the pc regularly freeze on gaming.

Is it because of temperature? Because Prime95 test was done in AC room.

After testing done, remove to non AC room.
