This is regarding about case C16761784 that was raised since 22nd August 2015.
I have given feedback that I was charged for data roaming usage even when data roam is set off on my mobile device.
Furthermore, the dates and timings that was shown on the statement tallys with the dates that I was in Malaysia.
This could be a system error on your end.
Will it be possible to provide updates on the above investigations done and also reverse the data roaming charges back to my account?
