It's not the wallpaper, the transparency of the tab/desktop by the way laptop running at 8G...

This is why I hate metros ... Yes, there are transparencies in Windows 10, but there's no way to disable the blur effect. I just googled search and found this LOL:

If not mistaken its the themes that have such transparency. I used to have few of the nicest themes for my Win 7 which i got from DeviantArt, you could browse around there.

Could be the theme, for windows 8 - 8.1 there are themes that are transparent. so any desktop background pics you use will look like that. Im not too sure though.
