network unavailable / limited service

Hi Maxis,
I have a connetion problem here in Sibu, Sarawak. ( my address : RH Kachai, Tanjung Latap, Sibu, Sarawak ). Yesterday, the connection of my wireless modem seem to be okay. Unfortunately, without any warning, around 3.54 A.M, the entire connection completely collapes. My modem (signal light, which usually blinking in yellowish/green light) keep showing red light in solid state (non-blinking) indicate that the service is unavailable/limited service. I tried to restart and even reset my modem in numberous times but its still the same. During the mishap happen, i was in the middle of enjoying my leisure time by watching and downloading K-Drama. I don't think there is any problem with my modem because its work really well. I really need your help. please investigate this matter as soon as possible and fix it. I'm looking forward for your reply.

*this is my second post regarding my problem *my first post was made since 9.38 a.m but doesn't get any answer from maxis helper and i'm quite disappointed
