Hi Maxis,
I have a connetion problem here in Sibu, Sarawak. ( my address : RH Kachai, Tanjung Latap, Sibu, Sarawak ). Yesterday, the connection of my wireless modem seem to be okay. Unfortunately, without any warning, around 3.54 A.M, the entire connection completely collapes. My modem (signal light, which usually blinking in yellowish/green light) keep showing red light in solid state (non-blinking) indicate that the service is unavailable/limited service. I tried to restart and even reset my modem in numberous times but its still the same. During the mishap happen, i was in the middle of enjoying my leisure time by watching and downloading K-Drama. I don't think there is any problem with my modem because its work really well. I really need your help. please investigate this matter as soon as possible and fix it. I'm looking forward for your replying.

Getting Started

|
1.re-do quick setup of your modem via your modem control panel. (dont forget set the network to 3g/4g/umts/hsdpa/hsdpa+ only it is more stable)
2. report directly to maxis service center or live chat on website
3. maybe your modem already kaput.

sorry, why am i always got a useless answer. i already did all the setting things including restart and reset. i want a professional maxis helper to settle my problem as they do their job very well. they even help me successfully two times previously with the same problem. its not my modem is the problem as my friends and neighbors encountered the same thing.
