Hi,
What is the most effective nasal spray available over the counter in pharmacy in Malaysia and where I can get it. Can be used daily or when needed.
The symptom is acute sinus, due to allergic or infection which can be remedied by loratadine or cetrizine. However I'd like to find a good nasal spray, that works.

It is RM68 after discount for the 140 doses bottle. 2 doses per day (one for each nostril) will last roughly 2 months.

Nasonex is corticosteroid spray. Not recommended unless you have allergic. Best choice would be nasal spray with sea salt .
