Hi guys, my father's hotlink account is having a problem. He didn't called out or texted the numbers such as 100, digi central, maxis, etc. Why he's being charged for it? Checked the call logs, the numbers are not in it. It happens for many days already and lost few ten bucks for this "scam".
He complains whenever he topped up RM10 in the morning, then make 1 or 2 short calls or few SMS, the RM10 just dissappeared. When checking the e-statement, it shows what is in the attachments.
Kindly advise a solution.
