 Bad Latency

Hi Maxis Support,

I had just switched from unifi to maxis fibre 10mbps; speedtest was okay this morning but it is now having bad latency as shown attached screenshot. Appreciate your urgent help on this.

Hi there,

Does the issue persist after performing a power cycle on your modem and router? Also, have you tried to connect directly via LAN connection? If it persists, kindly PM us your details as per below for us to check further.

1) account number
2) picture of your modem lights status
3) issue occurring during peak or off-peak times
4) reachable contact number
