I wish to change my Hotlink Sarawak Plan back to Normal Plan as I want to enjoy the 365 validity service. I tried at some Johor maxis outlet but they told me to go back Sarawak if I want to do it, what a joke! I believe they are not competent enough so I'm writing it here.

Please revert to me and advise what to do next. Appreciate your help.
