Age of item: Entire desktop is pretty much 3 years old. GTX970 and PSU (STST85F-GS ) under a year old. PSU not even 4 months old.

Reason for sale: Most likely will go for those 'small form factor' type of desktops for office usage. GTX970 is overkill for the kind of games I play (minecraft, league of legends).
