- Just signed 2 years contract for rental during April 2015 with deposit of RM10k.
- Rental is RM5100/month. It's slightly higher than the shops around here as it's facing directly at the supermarket.
- Selling this business includes blower machine, shelves, tables, two desktops, all the accessories stocks, and prepaid coupons that valued more than RM5k. (Basically everything in the shop)
- My colleague will provide trainings to teach you or your staffs to repair desktops, laptops, and smartphones.
- He will also provide all the information needed to get stocks for accessories, prepaid coupons and so on.
- Already has a huge base of customers.
- You may rent out half of the shop to someone else if you think that it's too big.
- Net profit monthly is around RM8k-RM10k (Also depends on the amount of staffs you hire)
