very nicely taken, the photo of KLCC. But the ones in fast food restaurant, not as sharp. go for higher shutter speed and +ev.

noted...but why would you say the shutter speed is not enough? it looks ok to me albeit the mother's hand that's wiping her other hand.

i didnt really steady my hand. Since cannot get a proper shot on someone i'm shooting, i just see who's available and shoot.

I'm not too sure bout IS, but usually never trust the paper work, like 3 or 4 stops down. The rules of focal length applies too imo. Refer here maybe but its VR test. Should be similar to IS.
