Yaa who would be trading outside market hours that much lol ... I just happened to be watching the chart when it suddenly  jumped.
*

I was expecting a price correction 2pm-5pm to get another good long position b4 it go up again @ 7-12pm, but it didnt happen instead it start jumping during JPY market closing time 2-3pm. shakehead.gif

Todays market is acting rather different from usual days.

Who is pushing EUR, I dont feel that comfortable to open another long position right now. Without any fundamental as backup & it go up like this. It is likely to crash anytime.

Next time I should open 2 positions and left one open overnight shakehead.gif (my long Started @3214 and it close tooo low! @ 3240 resistant, wat a waste! 100pips!)

Update guys: Lets wait and see whats the outcome of CPI.

Instead of relying the those technical analysis, i think it is better the understand the currency pair behavior(Once u watch how the market move for sometime, u can pretty much guess where it will go), use the good old trendlines, support resistant, candlestick. These are proven to be more accurate.

EDIT: Update as at 8am. This is a pity, FOMC drive EUR/USD up 100 pips and thanks to my take profit. i took only 36pips 3340 resistant level while i sleeping. What a pity! cry.gif sweat.gif Next time I might consider set my TP higher. Take profit feature, a good way of taking away your profit. cry.gif

I dont think 100K is enough. There are some brokers require 25K/50K for ex. like IB, duke

You can start trading as low as USD 100. Don't bet all your money in one trade though.

Each time I open a position, the margin required to hold the position is about 20% of my total Acc money. How about you guys? smile.gif

I entered long EUR/USD at 1.3330 on Wednesday. The NFP hit my trailing stop LOL. I got out with 60 pips.  sweat.gif  sweat.gif
*

Well, NFP is expected to be in favor of USD on this month. And the pair hit the 2yrs height. It would be illogical for it to break 3479 height again without any retracement.

Recap @ 1.44am, I'm anticipating Eur/Usd going up above 3600s.

I remain long on Eur/usd.

While the Chf will remain a small downtrend. but I am not trading it atm.

Thinking to buy one @ bottom below 20xx after the downtrend.
