Any idea why I receive sms from bank saying im charged 198.50 to my card?

Lazada's site said the below.

Voucher(IPREVO30) -RM 30.00
TOTAL (VAT incl.) RM 168.50

Lazada's email said otherwise.
Subtotal RM 190.00
Shipping and Handling RM 8.50
Voucher RM 0.00
TOTAL (VAT incl.) RM 198.50

I cant remember ...
Now the voucher discount is gone. from the site... such a fraud
Now the support said i had to reject the delivery when it reaches my home.
