I bought two items from two different sellers for COD with 30 ringgit discount. Both items are on a single order, I can see the order value is discounted,however the price of each item in the order is still the same. In this case how to do the payment?

Just got a defective headphone. now need to go for refund. If the seller is non lazada do we still sent the defective unit to lazada to manage the refund?
