1. There's a new Finance, Business and Investment House under the Lifestyle section. It is for discussion on areas as its title suggests.
It is not for posting property, stocks or bonds etc that you personally are seeking a buyer for. Post that in Garage Sales instead. The posting of referral programs or any MLM scheme (however legitimate looking) is strictly prohibited.

2. There is a new PM limit in place for new members. Its best explained in an example:-

A member who registers today gets to send an unlimited number of PMs to only 5 distinct members. Tomorrow, that member gets to send an unlimited number of PMs to 10 different members. The day after, it is 15, following that, 20. And it keeps increasing...
This is to put a stop to recent spates of PM spamming we've had. We believe this change would have no impact at all to the large majority of new members.
