I wondering why my basic internet plan need to buy quota and my air time still haven't expired yet and i cannot online already this is my second simcard and get this problem

weird to promote "free basic internet even ur quota reached" now got quota at 500mb??? didnt published it either to cover up?..sound like scammer...oh well time to switch to CELCOM MAGIC.
