post doc means he did research not that he got any qualification from it... he wasnt a fellow or tenured staff, so usually people dont mention..

in sg it is always about the best, best brains goes to best school irregardless of local or foreign... top 0.1% goes overseas on president/safos scholarship... top 1% goes on various ministry's scholarship... top 5% goes to local on rojak scholarships... irregardless of race/religion/creed
