So many comparisons can be drawn, so much irony. Yellow shirt (anti government) vs Red shirt (pro government)

It is already widely known that Bersih 4.0 feels more like entertainment/fun event gathering than actual protesting.
You dont smile and show "V" sign in protest. Thats just silly. |

Only bodo people think success of rallies are detemined by whether or not people get injured or killed.
Violence is a tool of the uncivilized. Its only done by low-class people, like these jokers. Edit: Dunno why gif didn't work, using JewTube instead. This post has been edited by arubin: Aug 31 2015, 01:44 PM |

QUOTE(gaeria84 @ Aug 31 2015, 01:48 PM) Resolve can also mean the will to stay calm and peaceful no matter what, like with Gandhi's protest. That is the civilized method of protesting. The uncivilized method goes down a very dark path and eventually leads to terrorism and bombings. |

QUOTE(gaeria84 @ Aug 31 2015, 01:57 PM) Social media generation lar these days. Lots of people are kuda atensi camwhores, especially those under 30. Once you hit a certain age, you mellow out somewhat. But this applies EVERYWHERE, at least everywhere where the smartphone with data access is prevalent. Not just Malaysians alone. You think the Thais had no kuda camwhores during their only rallies? You're just not looking hard enough. |
