tose are call pantone color printing. or spot color printing
2 color. What i can inform u is that you need to check that your CMYK channel is all blank and do ur color creting 2 other channel. meaning tose in black you do it in a channel and tose in orange u do in a nother channel.
is quite a techincal problem.
go to ur channel click on the play botton beside it > create new spot channel. then select your color. and start doin your design. if you need any gradient like from orange - white. Go to the gradient tool and make sure is selected there black - white/oppasity 0.
remember is not a 4 color print so like what you said you are doin 2 color printing. you can onli get lower percentage or orange to get lighter orange color. and lower percentage of black to get grey color.
hope my post can help you. this is what i know for 2 color printing.
have fun cheers~
