Nothing major from my experience... Just that some inconsistencies here and there like control panel and settings app... In terms of bugs and functionality, I would say everything checks out.

I would say, try to read and educate yourself about privacy issues in Windows 10. It is a real issue and some people might not be comfortable. I myself dont feel like it really is a major concern for me but it is still a real issue...
