I had installed win10 in my asus a43s lappy. The first problem i got was the unstable wireless adapter driver. Because of this problem, I decided to revert back to win8.1.

I have 3 laptops and 2 desktops which are running on win8.1. I think the only major advantage of win10 over win8.1 was the multi-desktop, the notification tab at the right hand side, windows aero and the new-look start menu.

Maybe all of win8.1 users gets annoyed with the tile-style menu. But there is an alternative to avoid users from seeing the tile-menu at the startup. You can install third-party software for start menu such as 'stardock start menu'. Then,you can enjoy win8.1 the same way as win7. For gadget third-party apps, you can download 'rainmeter 3.2.1'.

The Windows Update for win8.1 is more of the same as win7. I don't really like the new style of Windows Update in win10 as I cannot choose which which update I want to install/uninstall. Things I like about win10 are the notification bar and the multi-desktop..

I decided to wait for some time to upgrade to win10 so then the win10 gets stable.
