Dear Hotlink Staff

Me and my wife had prepaid hotlink sims but we went back to our country for two months and now the sims have been deactivated. I called your 123 helpline but it talks only in Malay which I don't understand. I would be thankful if you could help reactivate the following two numbers: 01123825*** and 0173790*** with prepaid status.
