Hi Maxis,

I'm a new user to Maxis and porting in with mnp. I went to Maxis center on 17th August and today, my mnp finally approved and I just switched to Maxis sim card.

I then sign up to Maxis online account and noticed that my next billing cycle is on 21st of September. Shouldn't my first bill be a month later count starting from today? Either 28/29th September?

Second thing is that I was being told to have 6 months of 2gb extra quota for my SurfMore 50 plan during my subscription in Maxis center, but it is showing 2gb now in the online account. Is this extra quota hidden? Or am I not getting it? Why??
