Hmm... very 'sunyi'lah this forum lately. everybody oredy become guppy master is it?

Anyway.. I wanna ask about those gravel/pebbles/sand sold in the stores are clean enuf to be put directly in the tank. Or is it just normally wash with tap water or must bleach first?

I just bought a 7 gallon tank to replace my very damn small mini tank. Just wanna make sure that everything is safe for the new residence of the tank.

guppy and longkang guppy cant live together ke??
why my guppy gradually died after entering longkang guppy??

normally longkang fishi carry desease lo, u can mix them, but if u notice carefully the longkang fishi always bully guppies n chase after their tails....y u wan to mix them?...it will make the breed bcome.. later the offspring will get smaller tails...and the color also not nice one....wat kind of guppy u r keeping?? i only like the balck tuxido.....

HI... anyone here from ipoh? i`m studying in Seri Iskandar and I got my guppies either from tronoh, batu gajah, 1 in silibin near Billion and another store near the stadium. I bought 2 pairs of black tux at he store in silibin. since then i`ve ben searching other types of guppies. Anyone living near Ipoh knows where i can find those rare types?

i dont know la what guppy are them..
but the longkang guppy i bought from petshop as feeder..
i put in my guppy tank only as their "settlement".. hehe.. before transfering to another tank..

any recommendation where to find good guppies in pj,sj or sunway area? wat about the ss17 fish shop? im planing to redo tank this march so now planing stage...

dien...i once saved longkang guppies i took back 6 of them.and then 3 months time my whole kio pond full of wild guppies.some males are almost as good as the normal guppies! but prob is they are too small to catch all.so i drained the whole pond and dry it for few days.expensive lesson.in the process of replacing the water i also need to catch them, some grew to 4-6cm!and some kio died cause not use to the other tank where i placed them for a week

hmm.. i saw this weird action of 1 fry of mine. It sank itself to the bottom of the tank like a dead fish then quickly "came alive" once reaching the bottom and repeated the action 2-3 times. Is it playing dead with the siblings? or stressed in some way? Anyone knows?

lol maybe fish tired of swimming and then when reach bottom realised he needs air *just kidding*

ooo.. but now i already gave the longkang guppy to my friend.. just saperated them from my colorful guppy..
i dont want all of them will die because of the longkang one.. hehe..

can anyone help me and gimme tips on the best water condition for a guppy?
meaning what items to use and whether to age the water...coz my guppies are prone to fin rot

hi bro, u can refer this forum : http://www.myguppy.net/guppy/ some sifuu there breed very very very nice guppies, some even import from taiwan n thailand....but the forum in chinese, if u wan to look for specific species, mayb i can try to find for u...no worry about where u stay...bcos they will "dhl" to anywhere on earth....hahahaha, i also buy fishi like this...untilll now no fatal yet....so far so good...many good species u cant find in lfs, bcos it is costly n the market is too small, some sort like more to collector items...so i also buy from them......if u browse thru then u will poison by all the guppies there like me all my ang pao money gone aldi
