I am aware with lot of maxis customer have facing this problem before. Appreciate if anything is deducted from my credit it will be return back to me.

I got a message from jaringan ikhtiar today said my credit RM2.50 was deducted from my account. Pls help me solve this issue.
The message received seen like " Thank you, you have been charged RM2.50 (Excl. GST) from Jaringan Ikhtiar Sdn Bhd. http://k.clipbaru.com/9dikd7".
