1. I've heard that maxis has 2plans for supp lines, one is RM30 and another one is RM10. However I couldn't find any informations about the RM10 plan on maxis website. Can I know the details of this plan? (e.g. the charge rate, fees, postpaid or prepaid....etc) 2. As I saw from maxis website, is there a plan named "Premium Plan" which charged with lower rate? What is this? 3. Can I add the number from different line(for example Celcom or digi) as my family line? 4. Does the SurfMore 30 plan still available? Thank you!

Thank you Hi!Thank you so much for your reply. And I still have some questions. For the New Standard Supplementary Plan, does it means that I have to pay RM10 every month (Postpaid?) and the calls and sms are not included in this RM10? Does the charge rate between the principal and supp lines same as what you have mentioned? Are "family lines" and "supplementary lines" same? What is "Premium Plan"? Glad to hear that SurfMore 30 is still available. What are the differences between SurfMore 30 and MaxisGo 48? This post has been edited by seowbei: Aug 28 2015, 06:21 PM

Hi seowbei, The RM10 will be its monthly commitment and it is not included the usage charges. There will be 20% discount on calls between principle & supplementary lines. The call charges will be depend on the preferred rateplan. You may refer to this postpaid plans. The supplementary and family line are the same. There is no plan that known as premium plan. Hope it addresses your concerns. Thank you

Thank you Erm.....then what is this means??(Mobile plans>Supplementary lines>Family budget plan>questions number 10 and 11) Here's what I've found this thing. ( Can I enjoy a better voice rate plan with Family Budget plan , like how my supplementary lines used to enjoy better rates with the mirror plans of VPF?No. Mirrored rates are not applicable for Family Budget plan. To enjoy lower rates, you can subscribe to the Premium Plan option at a monthly recurring fee of RM5. How do I subscribe to this premium rate option? You could opt for the premium rate option during registration or call the Maxis Call Centre (123).)
