 Hypp TV video lag while audio fine., What is the problem here?

Hi all, My Hypp TV has been like that for a while liao.
Video is laggy while the audio is perfectly fine. Anyone who know why?

occasionally i experience the same, but only certain channels. also don't know why.

It means connection slow.

What i normally do is, turn off Hypptv (plug out power), then turn off router continue with modem.
Wait 5 minutes, turn on modem, wait for internet link to up then on router and wait it stable, then turn on Hypptv.

If still doesnt work then u can try to call Unifi they can reset ur connection.

I'm on stock D-Link and never faced this problem. Are you guys on different router like asus, tplink and such?
