Sad, angry and disappointed customer

Me & my gf bought a maltese from junnie earlier this year (2008).
She said its a mka certified and came with a microchip,
but she just gave us the microchip and told us that we can only get the certificate after 3 months
The little puppy looks sweet, we took her home and kept her for a while
after 3 months theres no news from junnie so we called her and she told us the cert is still processing
Time flies its already 4th month after we got our little dog from junnie (still no news of the cert)
She said she will mail it to us once it is ready.
One fine day something horrible happened... some robbers broke into our house and looted our house (along with our poor lil doggie)
We were sad for sometime and we miss our dog, we thought of keeping the cert of our dog as memorial.
We inform mka that our dog was missing, hope that if they even found it they can give us a call
but junnie still didnt manage to deliver it. We gave her many calls and sms and get to know that
she mixed up the dog infos and gave the wrong microchip to wrong dogs
She said she promise the cert will be ready by end of july, but in the end i didnt get my cert
I feel very much disappointed, sad, and cheated..

When i called MKA asking about the cert they told me the registered owner is not me, but its some breeder
and legally under their case we cannot claim anything. If you are sure u want Mka on your dog you better
follow up tightly with her or ask her to change the name, if not she might screw you up like she did to me.

Ok sometimes accident happens, everyone make mistakes.

Time flies, its already end of the year. We miss our dog very much, and im thinking whether to get a new one.
Then i happen to send junnie an email asking whether she has a dog similar to the one we got earlier. So i ask for a dog from the same bloodline
After she check with her breeder, she said that breeder just call her and she have something that i am looking for its a little young
but i can get it by this week. I am happy, thought i would have a new dog. We made an appointment to see the dog on friday evening.
Anyway in the end she sold the puppy a few hours right before, i go and visit.
Her reason was the customer paid deposit already!
I feel so disappointed at junnie, after promising your customer she always broke her promise in the end.

screw me once shame on you... screw me twice shame on me...
i feel pretty bad for being a customer of junnie she never care about what you gonna do and it is my fault for buying from her.
She doesnt care about you even you are a repeated customer and still willing to screw you up.
As long as you have $$$ thats all that matters.

Everyone have their own point of view, i dont blame junnie for wanting to do your business.
That what everyone do for earning a living, but i just want to put leave a comment as a customer feedback.
So in the future other people will have reference on different events that occur, do you only expect customer to leave only good comments?
