Sorry just a quick question, are there any difference in terms of the layout of the different blocks? I know now block D all units have balcony, apart from that any other differences to justify the huge increase? I remembered block A & B used to be around 300k only.

Anyone watched this movie? Just went and watched it with my parents last weekend. Ok movie, just not my type but it's quite touching especially for old folks. It won many awards too...

Actually this movie is backed by Mah Sing, it's quite funny how they put product placement in the movie promoting Southville City... since this movie is going to be shown internationally, I think its good marketing... more potential buyers...

There is one segment that is filmed in Southville, I think it's their showroom in Bangi. The scene is about the grandfather bringing the granddaughter there and ended up buying a unit... Then he told the mother that this is his gift to the granddaughter...

So folks, bring your parents to go watch this movie, who knows they will be touched by the movie and buy you a unit... haha
