Those who bought earlier blocks gain. Because the construction was on the newer more expensive blocks first, the earlier owners pay less interest. Mah Sing probably built the newer blocks first because the profit is higher

So technically what happens? Wait for bank to pay the final amount and then collect the keys? How does it work?

Those who bought in early 2013, will be averaging 280k after discount and LAD. They will reap from this .

QUOTE(AskarPerang @ Sep 23 2018, 11:13 AM) Paper value only. Even flipping at 350k got a noob buyer taking is it really earning? Tougher yes but not at a loss. LAD alone given the delays should be 20k. Those on the first wave are okay. It's the subsequent guys paying 500k just for a French balcony...Progressive interest Agent commission Vacancy period paying bank interest Minor fees here and there 5 years of opportunity time |

The lelongs are super good deals. I pity those who purchased from Block C & Block D. Those who bought at 300k++ in block A and B are making super good rental returns.
The place really boomed during the pandemic. The density helped the commercial grow and it's sustained post pandemic. |
