Those who bought earlier blocks gain. Because the construction was on the newer more expensive blocks first, the earlier owners pay less interest. Mah Sing probably built the newer blocks first because the profit is higher

Those who bought in early 2013, will be averaging 280k after discount and LAD. They will reap from this .

Tougher yes but not at a loss. LAD alone given the delays should be 20k. Those on the first wave are okay. It's the subsequent guys paying 500k just for a French balcony...

The lelongs are super good deals. I pity those who purchased from Block C & Block D. Those who bought at 300k++ in block A and B are making super good rental returns.

The place really boomed during the pandemic. The density helped the commercial grow and it's sustained post pandemic.
