If it's not, just called to remove it. It will be removed after few days. Happened to me before when I swapped MC to Visa and vice versa. They were there for so long so in the end called to remove it. Eye sore lol.
my amex still got -RM1200 balance, but they have not transfer it to my savingsit seems that my previous payment is not considered in the balance transfer total amount
anyone had experience on this?
it has been a month it stays like that. called CS but they said it will be deducted later but till now no changes
