If I need to pay fees in other currency, (fees come up to about rm60k after conversion), will maybank allow a temporary increase? Or can I transfer rm60k in then just swipe?

After the 100% CB campaign 2014-2015, they probably has been bombarded by cardmembers who didn't win anything cos all 'sapu' by LYN members who swiped within the first  minute afer 10am. No attractive campaign was lauched ever since then.  Those were the good old days which I think is difficult to be repeated.

I am currently having a 0% instalment x 12 months with Maybank for a dell PC, say if my upgrade to platinum status is successful, would the balance of the instalments say 5 months be automatically charged to the platinum card or do I need to fill up any kind of forms?
If need to inform, do I inform maybank or dell?
