Anybody knows where to read the Terms and Conditions for this SMS promotion,

i got RM32.41 for unifi x 2 bills, and spouse card got RM15.47 also unifi.
then today i received this SMS from +60193185019 256250:MAYBANK: HAPPY CNY!! GET YOUR RM88 AngPow Cash, with apply for MAYBANK CREDIT CARD.Now to 28/2. T&C@.
