Most probably they fill that part up for you If not, that's a huge mistake on the bank side but you can cancel it straight away.

Banned Senior Member 2,650 posts Joined: Jan 2003	I can't seem to find the reference. BUt recall reading, the merchant fees will be standardized between charge cards (AMEX) and other credit cards. Likelihood that's the reason AMEX dropping the extra TP.
