QUOTE(woe.com @ Oct 28 2015, 12:09 PM) Now I'm thinking, shall I upgrade my card to 2 Card Platinum or Maybank Visa Signature (VS). The most concern for me for the VS card is the annual fee, Rm500+ (sounds a bit scary) but love the rebate and the "signature" status lolz! haiz.. Wanna pay RM500+ for 'status' then go ahead =) may I recommend buying a nice gentleman's watch though. Better investment than using a credit card (which only cashier will see, don't think that's the person you trying to impress) as 'status'. For me, use the card is for the benefits. If benefits not worth >> RM500, why should I pay free money to Maybank?

Is there any thread or place listing where can spend TreatsPoints (besides the PDF from maybank for on-the-spot)? I'm looking for online seller similar to superbuy which can accept treastspoints. I remember ipmart used to, but no more =(

QUOTE(th3game @ Dec 23 2015, 02:54 PM) this is what showing in my maybank2u acc Last payment amount: RM0.00 Last payment date: N/A Minimum payment amount: RM0.00 i just want to avoid the interest charged by settling all my outstanding balance before Payment due date. is it right? Note that even if minimum payment amount is 0 doesn't mean you won't avoid interest charged. Example if your statement amount for current cycle is RM100 and you pay the minimum amount (RM5 or something), that amount will show zero but you still owe them. But as explained above, currently you have until next month to pay, because your spending is not yet reflected (it will reflect on Jan 6th and have to be paid by 26th Jan).

Random chance campaign is more effective to achieve their aim, which is to get people to spend more.
Because effectively they're giving you 'free' lottery ticket, and you don't need to be scared that some kiasu fella (*ahem* probably from LYN) already sapu everything. So you will tend to spend more.

QUOTE(13aby @ Feb 4 2016, 04:25 PM) CB not really interested to me ... what to do... the cards i have currently mbb2 is the best liao hahaha So you prefer to have points worth RM12.50 or RM50 in cash? Bear in mind the points won't actually get you RM12.50 as the price of things you can buy with the points normally higher a bit. First time I hear people prefer points than cash. Unless you feel happy at the thousands and tens of thousands number la...

QUOTE(13aby @ Feb 4 2016, 05:20 PM) i getting average 8 - 10k points monthly . mayb cox of this i prefer points Every month almost 2k spending, have you heard of AEON Watami? Or you can combine a few cashback cards (depending what you spend on). Example Public Bank Visa Signature for dining/online, WISE for utility bills... No matter what, points are worth less than cashback, so unless your spending is so high as to max out every cashback, I don't see a purpose to going for points INSTEAD OF cashback. Unless you feel the 8k or 10k number feels better than RM80 or RM100 la...

QUOTE(fruitie @ Mar 3 2016, 03:59 PM) Yes, you can transfer the fund to the person and ask the person pay your credit card. QUOTE(alexwsk @ Mar 3 2016, 07:36 PM) So does it work or not, using someone else's maybank account? Then the other question is, if CC is in my own name, can my wife (holds joint account with me, but on savings not on this CC) pay? Never tried this before as not needed the CL, but asking for possible future use.
