20k TP is very far off from 65K. Better call up CS to check.

Just fyi, 2X for Government Bodies, Education Institutions and Insurance Providers but you said for business purposes.

Happened to me when i cancelled my other maybank card earlier. Previously CS is unable to help and told me to create a new M2U. Maybe now they can remove it from their side. Call up CS

I was told that the merchant bank is charging the card and MB is still waiting fo the merchant bank to refund.

Well I should not pay in full first, because if I cancel the card, the refund will not be able to be refunded to me. Anyone has idea on refund into cancelled card?

what you should have done is, do not pay and get any late payment charges waived later on. But since you have paid, then in your card replacement request, put a note that any refund amount should be transferred to the new card. alternatively, you might want to retain the old card for the moment and only get a replacement once the refund comes it.

FAQ at 1st page:
18. The Maybankard 2 AMEX earns you 1x TP for every RM charged to your card by default. The rest of the TP is recorded as 4x bonus TP (written as MAYBANKARD 2 AMEX 4X BONUS in your statement), making it a total of 5x TP for all charges made to your MBB2 AMEX.

You can double confirm with the TP shown at M2U. It will be 5x.

Any idea why there is this 'activate card' link at M2U under my MBB2 cards. It appeared few weeks ago. Is it because the expiry date is approaching? but if that is the case, the new card should come with a different cc number correct? I dont dare to click the link yet.
