no problem. after your booking, just contact the hotel to put your multiple nights under the same person. yes, you will get that rm35 per transaction.

cl mainly based on your income, nothing to do with gold or platinum card. you can get a low cl with plat or a high cl with gold.

as mentioned above, don't use on maybank cc day (wednesday) as it will replace the code column automatically. same goes to other banks that have discount on lazada. for eg. don't use cimb cc on monday. use it on other normal days will do.
