I did one 24 months EPP at Digi Sunway Pyramid more than 2 years ago using Amex.
However, Digi at JB sutera mall declined Amex for EPP when I tried few months after the pyramid one.
So I think it depends on the particular Digi outlet.

You can check all your transactions in M2U.

Typically the service charge is RM 0.53 per transaction regardless the reload amount and will deduct from reload amount. For e.g. RM 100 and get RM 99.47.
If you are getting cash rebate when reload, why not spend a little for service charge? Refer to this thread: https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=3757650
I enjoy so many benefits when reloading from Sam's Groceria at Nu Sentral using my HLB Wise, Maybank Ikhwan or CIMB CR.
It accepts AmEx but since it brings no benefits these days besides collecting points, I'm better off using other cards which give cash rebate for groceries category.

Yes, can even pay certain bills and all inclusive of groceries category. You can refer to the thread I quoted earlier.
No maximum amount but minimum is RM 10. It has denomination amount of RM 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500 if I'm not mistaken.

hello! last month i forgot to pay my statement balance on time >.<

due date was on 12 nov, but payment only went through on 13 Nov. i paid my statement balance, so got some outstanding balance (not due yet). So wanna ask if late payment charges and finance charges will incur? Based on T&C it should be, but how does it start calculating? I check my unbilled statement, but so far no sign on these charges yet. And does it affect the 20days interest free period for the next statement cycle?

Anyone can explain to me?

First time forgot to pay on time >.< have to set reminder earlier d. Sigh.

Thanks ya~

payment 1-2 days after due date is still ok. no late payment penalty.

wont affect their next 20day interest free period too.
