 eye piece got dust, how to remove

hi guys, sorry with my bad english
sorry about the topic if it has already been discuss

during snapping photo, i notice there is dark spot in my eyepiece view
when the picture is taken, the picture is clean

so it just my eye piece got dust

so, how to clean it?
using nikon d5000

if there is dust caught on the mirror, u get the same effect.... better clean it before the flipping mirror flips it onto the sensor... just use a blower, turn the camera upside down, and blows into the camera (you dont have to flip up the mirror).
