hi, im from Cam Care Device Sdn Bhd a camera repair specialist. it not a dust, was your viewfinder prism coating peel off, cannot be clean. need to be replace a new viewfinder prism. but this issue will not effected your photo quality sorry about the topic if it has already been discuss
