My opinion is just that property management is just not professional. Couple with owner that just equally unprofessional. Half don't want to pay the other half don't want to work.

A typical maintenance fees [strata or G&G] would be around RM200-RM300 ... its a large sum of money actually. i can do quite a lot of investment with those number.

I help run my Taman (non register) security service, only RM40 per month still have people cannot afford to pay. got auto gate and 24/7 patrol ... what else you people want with such peanut fees ... lolz.

so overall, not in favor of G&G services but its really important to have people maintain a property. The hiccup is that everyone need to agree and pay the fees if not is very hard to maintain a place properly.

My neighborhood is starting GnG but now only 56% registered. My question is
1. is there any regulation to make other resident to pay?
2. If persatuan was created with AJKs and not registered, is is legal?
3. Do we need to register with local council as our area handled by MPSJ?
4. What is the exact regulation and guidelines?
