believe there was a recent article on these so called modified houses.
apparently no guideline it seems.
something like limits are set at 0.6 cubic meter per person or something like that.

I googled the Star and couldn't find anything, but basically you're saying there are no issues in just rebuilding the bungalow and renting out the rooms without the need for a title change or license?
