Now based on shared units instead of sqft. Also, accessory parcel now need to pay fees. All these based on new Strata Management Act.
I would expect a shift in rental rate across the board to cover this increase in fees. Also, GST play a minor role too. GST from contractors services. This post has been edited by butthead76: Aug 26 2015, 12:21 PM |
