Good day, I would like to seek for advice on my NCB transfer.

I bought a second hand car back in Dec 2014, by the time the car dealer advised me to make full pymt for the motor insurance for my new car then later part after transferred the name only I do NCB transfer n refund in order to faster the process.

But day after the dealer did not help me out but ask me to do it by myself in JPJ.

MaY I know whether the NCB still available by now since it was last year December?
And what's the procedure to do the NCB transfer if it still available?

Pls advice, it's 38% discount if I'm not wrong ...
